Tools you can fill in

Canvases and diagnostics I use in class and with clients. Free, no login, nothing to install. Print them, run them, keep them.

Announced → Adopted → Absorbed Announced means it was communicated. Adopted means the artefact exists. Absorbed means the decision rule changed. Most change stops at the second one.

The Change Landing Canvas

One change, six panels, filled in by hand. You complete one panel per block and walk out with a draft you can act on. Built for Managing Organisational Transformation & Change, and usable for any change you are currently carrying.

  1. 1 The change, as it arrived
  2. 2 What it asks people to stop
  3. 3 The culture it lands in
  4. 4 The three best objections
  5. 5 The levers I actually control
  6. 6 My 30-day move

Set an interval, start the session, and every time it chimes it asks one question: were you actually focused? It keeps the tally. You finish with a ratio of kept attention to lost attention, which is more useful than the elapsed time.
